Lost Passwords
Every week to ten days Firefox loses all the passwords I have createdand stored in the browser. This has now happened for the fifth or sixth time without me having done anything different. I have been using Firefow for over ten years and found it to be reliable and excellent however over the last months it is no longer reliable, extremely slow and hangs. On top of that I now have this recurring issue with saved passwords. The version is apparently up to date and I don't think has been updated within the last two days, but so frustratingly it seems you have taken an excellent product and turned it into a steaming pile of dung.
If I can't get this issue resolved effectively and immediately I really dont't see the point in continuing to use the product as I'm spending too much time trying to resolve issues that were never before a problem.

Profile data can be removed or not recorded in several ways;
- 1) Running Firefox in Private Mode (nothing is recorded)
- 2) Privacy settings; (In the address bar, type about:preferences#privacy<enter>)
- 3) Many disk cleaners and anti-virus type programs can remove data from browsers
Open their settings and have them leave the browsers alone. - 4) Mal-ware.
When the passwords are lost, do you remember the system doing anything?
In the event that the passwords information is lost, you
should record all information in a separate text file
somewhere else on your hard drive, or written down.
You can easily copy and paste if you need to do so. If
you are concerned about someone else looking
at that file, you can compress it using a password.
What security software do you have?
If you use external cleanup software like CCleaner then check the settings for Firefox.
