Hello friend, I would like to make the title of inactive icons, as well as "File, Edit, View..." while as in the first screenshot attached, yet keeping the text of the right-click pop-out menu black with white background, as in the second screenshot. It seems that the 'background tab text color' controls both parameters. Maybe someone knows how to split them apart?
