This question was asked over a year ago and I have the same problem. I had a Mozilla Support Account and have a Firefox Account. I cannot login into the Mozilla Support Account and can't find a way to link them (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-accounts-mozilla-support-faq)
