When attempting to log into my Mozilla Firefox account on Firefox Browser on my Dell Laptop Windows 10, I see a blue loading picture in the top left corner of the screen.

So basically the title explains everything. I press the three lines in the right corner, click "Sign In" and it just takes me to the page that I have attached a photo of. I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it twice, restarted my laptop, I do not know what to do.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
