Firefox x64 All Bookmarks Start-Up Folder

Then opening All bookmarks, the window reverts to "Other bookmarks".
Is there a way to bring that to "All Bookmarks"?
Being autistic, this has been quite a monsterly beam (once splinter) in my eye...

I get the Bookmarks library and "Other bookmarks" is selected. Can you select "All Bookmarks" or a folder?
Yes, I can sir, but that is how it starts up, not in All Bookmarks...
The same happens here, as I have recorded.
Anyone with a solution, please?
I like my BM's to start up in the root... As that is... logical...
One does not start a PC in the Windows directory, right?
