Cannot view Plusnet bills
A Firefox update a few years back blocked my viewing of my ISP Plusnet bills. I can access all the Plusnet website but I cannot view my bills unless I open MS Edge which works fine. My Firefox updates automatically, current version 90.0.2. I have unblocked all extensions eg ABP and Disconnect. Can anyone help please ?

Try opening firefox in Safe mode,
- Find the Firefox icon or click Start and type Firefox.
- Hold down the Shift key on the keyboard and then click the Firefox icon.
- In the Firefox Safe Mode window, click the Start in Safe Mode option.

Many thanks Shashank, I have just solved the problem by changing the Firefox reader to Foxit PDF. It seems that Plusnet's ancient systems insist on Adobe Reader so will not allow the advanced FF to open its PDF bills.
