After years of use, my PaneraBread.com account sign in page no longer works with Firefox. What has changed? Panera's IT folks spent a lot of time with me but nothing worked. They finally suggested using a different browser. MS Edge works with the same account ID and password. Why? Is there a workaround for Firefox? I am using a HP desktop and Windows 10 with all the updates.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

Sorry for the long delay, 2 major surgeries and a long hospital stay will do that. When I attempt to sign in to my account at PaneraBread.com using Firefox I get: "We were unable to sign you in. Please check your credentials and try again." The problem persists in Firefox safe mode and after deleting the browser history, cache, and cookies. Turning off enhanced tracking protection for this website did not help either. MS Edge works fine with the same account ID and password. Why? I am using a HP desktop and Windows 10 with all the updates.

Have you checked with PaneraBread support?

Try manually inputting your login data.

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?

You can remove all data stored in Firefox for a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox for this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data for that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data for that website will be saved once again.

Unfortunately this did not work either. I even tried forgetting the site a second time and then rebooting the computer before attempting to sign in manually to Panera again, but failed.

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.

Alas, none of the above worked. Spent more than an hour with tech support for the website; they tried many of the same things and tinkered some at their end too, but failed. This is taking too much time. Panerabread.com works with MS Edge so I will just use that browser for this one website. Thanks for all your efforts.
