Tab refuses to close

I have 89.02 running on a Mac and for some reason the tab for youtube would not close. I opened another tab which was running another web site and it closed. I then opened another youtube tab and it closed. to correct the problem I quit FF.

Is this a known problem it happened before but I dissmissed it. see enclosed. Left most tab would not close out of 2 tabs.

Try to open a new window to see if it works better with the new window.

I found the symptom. When the tab does not close the permissions no longer display. Enclosed is normal 2 permissions shown they where missing when I could not close the tab.

This tab could be the result of opening a pop-up window, that is why I proposed to try a new window.
