How to remove blank space below tabs between tabs row and address bar
The attached picture should illustrate the problem. There is an unnecessary blank area below my row of tabs. How do I get rid of this? Thanks in advance for any help.

Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or userChrome.css is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Troubleshoot Mode start window
Hi Cor-el, thanks for the response. Starting in troubleshoot mode solves the issue. But how do I pinpoint from there? I only have two extensions and disabling both doesn't seem to do anything. I have customized the userChrome.css a while back to allow for multiple rows of tabs among a few other things. Seems like that could be related since the tabs DO fill in the blank area once the tab max is reached on the first row, but it has worked fine until now. Where do I go from here given that info? Again, thanks for the help.
Sounds that you need new updated code for the multi-row tabs that works in 89+.
Did you check the website of the creator of this code ?
