When I try to log into Subway, nothing happens. I can log in on Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome with no problem.

Tried troubleshooting mode but did not work.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I can log in using Troubleshooting mode. I cleaned out cache and all cookies. However I cannot log in after turning off Troubleshooting mode.

I turned off Tracking Protection but that doesn't help.

You appear to be using uBlock Origin.

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, DuckDuckGo PE, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.

Ok, thanks. I think you solved the problem. I turned off uBlock for the Subway login page and was able to log in.
