Firefox Crashing randomly
My firefox started crashing randomly and I can't find a fix that helps. Firefox is updated Graphics Card is updated Windows is updated Tried safe mode Tried scanning for viruses on two different anti-virus programs I have 64 gbs of ram so I'm almost certain that isn't the issue I even reset my computer
Here is the report ID of one of the crash reports 2da115e7-7432-4c06-b6d4-6ccba0210519

there are a couple of things that we can try, if you want.
1) go into / open up your nvidia graphics controller application. then look for settings that disable external applications from controlling the nvidia card. inside the FireFox settings there is also the option to disable high performance. so temporary disable this too. then reboot and retry FF
2) start windows clean by temporarily disabling all the start up apps that are automatically launching with the windows desktop. Then reboot, retry FF.
If FF becomes stable for you, then something above was causing issues for it.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
I started in troubleshoot mode and it immediately crashed again. I just checked again and Firefox, Graphics Drivers, and Windows are all up to date.
sometimes the anti-virus apps create a hick-up for ff.
the crash info you provided seems to cite symantec, ie av app.
i believe another FF user found that re-installing the av app after the FF was installed, solved the FF issue.
I've uninstalled my av as well as reinstalled firefox, Still no luck Here is the updated crash report with no anti-virus bp-62cedd91-640f-4987-aed0-15bcd0210519
