Installer says I don't have WIndows 10, I have Windows 10
Title says it all, any idea what the problem is?

Does it work any better if you download the "full" installer instead of the "stub" installer: https://www.mozilla.org/hu/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release If not, could you right-click the .exe file, click Properties, click Compatibility, and make sure the program is not running in a compatibility mode for an older version of Windows.
This may have worked.

The install is probably being blocked by your anti-virals. My suggestion is to open Task Manager > Start Up Tab > Disable everything that is enabled > Reboot > retry set up. Afterwards, re-enable your startups
This seems like a reasonable solution, I lost my patience and reinstalled windows because it was not the first .exe file to work, I was using bitdefender when trying to open the installer.
I solved the problem in a different way but thank you for the solutions, I hope these can be useful to others in the future.

The install is probably being blocked by your anti-virals.
