My laptop browser synced from my phone & history and some bookmarks are gone

I closed my laptop and left it on standby last night (May 1). I woke up this morning to find it needed to be booted up. Fine. I did this and noticed that I could not restore my session from last night. I have Tab Session Manager installed but the regular Firefox session restore wasn't doing it either. I restored the session but the tabs were wrong. I checked. There is no May 1 record, only April 29th. So I'm missing tabs that I left open on purpose and need to get back to. I checked history to reopen my needed tabs but history was also overwritten.

I realized that the history I saw was from my phone. (iOS 14.5, iPhone 7) I did not tell my phone to sync Firefox.

I added some important bookmarks recently and also need to have access to my browser history on my laptop, as I don't use my phone for more than casual browsing, bringing up recipes while I cook, small things. All my important stuff is done on my laptop.

I tried searching and found something about adjusting Folder Options and looking for index.dat but that was unsuccessful. I thought maybe rebooting the PC might help, but no luck.

I already turned off history sync on my laptop browser and history/bookmark/tabs sync on my phone under sync settings.

Is there some way to get my browser on laptop to where it was yesterday?
