This page is slowing down Firefox. To speed up your browser, stop this page.
I have an web app I can not control and have to use at work. It constantly all the time every day causes firefox to halt for 10-25 seconds, and displays the black banner with the robot dude "this page is slowing down firefox. to speed up your browser, stop this page".
Restart firefox, removing unnecessary add ons etc I know are the general guidelines.
What I am wondering is is there a log or somewhere specifically in the console/debugger etc I can look to find more information about why it is doing that. I am not a web developer but if I can get some idea about whats causing that I'd have more info to share with the web apps admins.
I can't do anything live, because it really locks up all of firefox but is there a corresponding message afterwards I could look for in the console?

Is this with all websites/pages, some, a few?
Make sure all software is up to date.
Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

It is with a specific web application and it is a problem with that web application specifically and I just am wondering where any logging may be since Firefox is able to identify the page as the cause of the issue.
