printing tax statements

In attempting to print 1099 tax reporting forms from my investment company, a number of the "tables" are completely blacked out. I had this issue on the same forms one year ago, as well. The reports had a label at the top that read: STMT Retriever.aspx_MozillaFirefox. I printed those forms instantly with my phone. When it happened again just today, I gave it further thought; so I brought up the Microsoft Edge browser, brought up my investment account, and brought up the first page that was blacked out with the Firefox browser. The page printed perfectly, just as it had with my phone.

This occurred on both my laptop and my desktop computers. Can someone please tell me why this is happening and if there is a way to make this work with Firefox?

thank you, Ralph Bohannon

You can try safe mode.

Firefox safe mode: Click the menu button menu , click Help and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled…. Firefox will start up with the Firefox Safe Mode dialog.

Then try updating the browser.

If printing didn't work in Safe Mode, can you open a bug report at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ for the developers to look at this issue? If you do that, please reply here with a link to the report so that I can find it.

Also, is this only happening when trying to print PDFs in Firefox, or is it with webpages too? There does seem to be a PDF issue that we need to track down.
