Firefox crashing frequently and unexpectedly. I can't discern any pattern to when it happens. I don't know what's triggering it.

I've tried refreshing it, reinstalling it, running under a newly created profile, running under safe mode. The crashing continues despite all of these things.

My company's IT support will likely tell me I shouldn't use Firefox. I've been a loyal Firefox user since it was called Phoenix. It would really pain me to have to switch to Chrome or Edge.

I do seem to be able to consistently trigger a crash by playing a YouTube video and then either closing the tab or hitting back.

I think I'm seeing a bit of a pattern. If I close a tab after Firefox after that tab has been open for at least a little while. Maybe a minute or two. Firefox will consistently crash. YouTube may have nothing to do with it.

Do you use the Sentinel Agent in the company? Check if you have anything in C:\Program Files\SentinelOne\

My company does have SentinelOne installed on all of our machines. I see it in the system tray. Version 4.6.2.144, which is apparently the latest version they've pushed out.

Yes to the question about S1. I tried to post a reply here, but it's telling me a moderator needs to approve it. I'll hold off on posting anything more.
