Ghostery purple icon
Recently a round purple icon has started appearing at the bottom of my web pages. I understand this might be related to Ghostery, but I really don't want to see it every time I open a page. Can you tell me how to make this top?

Here's a screenshot of the purple tracker notification that has started coming up on websites. It's rectangular, not round as I indicated, but still distracting.
