Firefox problem with Yahoo
When I go to the Yahoo main page, using Google and selecting Yahoo News - Current News it shows content but when you try to action anything it doesn't do anything and then shows an error. (see attached screenshots).
I have carried out all the recommended procedures including cookies, cache, etc and restarted Firefox with all Add-ons disabled and it still does not help with this problem.
I have used Yahoo for years and never had this problem and I have tried using Edge and Chrome and everything works as it should so it is definitely a Firefox issue.
So any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I thought this problem had been solved due to the recent updates I have carried out on my KIS 2021 software which fixed issues I had with YouTube and other issues.
However, it doesn't appear as frequently as it did and Firefox is working well apart from this so I will investigate further and see if I can resolve it completely. I have reported issues with the javascript extension recommended by FredMcD so maybe something will come from that.
I will flag this as Solved and if I do find a permanent solution, will return to update it.
So thanks to FredMcD who gave me help to try and resolve this as he is always helpful on every query I have raised and he gets you thinking more about things which help get resolutions.
Cheers FredMcd, keep up the great work you do.

Due to this problem and a couple of others that prevent me using Firefox, I have started using Edge and Chrome!
Sad days as I have been using Firefox for so long but find there are more and more bugs appearing everytime there is an update!
”Webpage is slowing down your browser” This is the new way the browser tells you there is a problem with the script program(s). https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/warning-unresponsive-script?cache=no

I added the javascript extension and added the Yahoo main page to the black list and that appeared to work.
However, when I select any other Yahoo page, e.g., Yahoo sports etc, it fails with the web page slowing down error so I would need to add every Yahoo page that fails to the javascript extension black list.
Is there a way to add only 1 entry for Yahoo so that any page I select will work?
Contact support for the javascript extension.
I reported it to support.
