new windows install fresh firefox install cant sync old stuff
hi i recently did a fresh install of windows and right away of course downloaded firefox. i logged into my firefox account and hoped that my logins/passwords etc would be synced but they arent. can you please help me to see if they are available at all because i had alot of information i needed to be synced thank you :D

You didn't possibly reset the password of the Sync account because that will reset all data stored on the Sync server?
Do you possibly have a C:\Windows.old folder with your previous data?
Note that Sync isn't meant to be used as a backup but merely to sync data among other devices. Best is to update your valuable personal data locally.
