I have found that I am locked out of certain sites.
I believe there must be a factory child lock set up. It wasn't any problem on my old laptop, so I know it's not a problem with my internet provider...

This may be an issue with the settings of Win 10.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
