When I select Help > Firefox Help from the menu, I come here, to the support forum. What I want to do first, though, is look up my question in the documentation, or what are usually called help files in most applications. This would save me, and the FF support forum, a lot of time. How can I do this, please?

Thanks for a quick answer. I had found that section, but it doesn't really do what I want. What I really need is an index to look up the content that relates to my question, so that I can read it and answer the question for myself. Surely that would answer many of the simpler questions posted to the support forums, leaving the expert resource available to solve more complex problems. Mozilla seems to be unusual in not having a set of help files with table of contents and index.
