when I try to open mozilla.org , the page opens for a short moment and then it crashes. I get the Information: The tab has just crashed. I use windows10, version 2004 (Build 19041.330) I suppose it's not a specific firefox-problem. When accessing the site with Crome, I get the error code: status_access_violation. Has anybody an idea? it would be great!

被選擇的解決方法

Thanks for your replies. I solved the problem by going back to an older Version of Windows 10. So it wasn't a firefox problem but a windows problem.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Unfortunately starting in safe mode doesn't solve my problem, behaviour stays the same

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

You can remove all data stored in Firefox for a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox for this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data for that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data for that website will be saved once again.
