Sometimes when I click a link (in an email) to download a document, a completely unnecessary blank tab opens immediately before the save dialog. A new blank tab opens for each document I download. There used to be a preference to stop that happening. The closest I can find is dom.targetBlankNoOpener.enabled but I can't find any intelligible information about that.
