CAN I transfer my Mozilla account to the new MAC computer and if so, I do I go about it?

Different computer systems store their data in different ways, meaning the files of one system may not be usable by a different system.

I heard there are conversion programs around but don't know of any.

In July, 2019, I purchased tech support coverage for a 2 year period. The statement is merely in the name of Techie Support (firm in New York). I THOUGHT it was me adding Mozilla to my computer. I know that I used Mozilla in July, September, November and December, 2019. I had an icon on my computer that allowed me to contact Tech Support and get my computer issue resolved.

My Microsoft computer DIED in January, 2020 and I had to buy a new one. Almost nothing was recoverable from my desktop, including the proof that I had this tech support service. What I am asking is can Mozilla service be added to my current Apple MacBook computer under the remainder of the 2 year support product which I purchased or do I have to start all over and add Mozilla service as though I had never paid $350 for my support package?
