I'm assuming a website is telling you that you don't have the ability to save cookies enabled, which is why you are asking this question.

In reality, if you have never actually disabled the ability to store cookies yourself, that's likely not what's causing the issue. Instead, it's more likely that Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection is preventing the website from storing cookies on your browser that may be used to track you.
