I have the download setting as "Save files to...", so when I download a file I get two options in the dialog: "Open with" and "Save file". I know I can change it so that each time I get to choose where to save the file. Is there a way to have all three options in the download dialog? I usually want to save to the Downloads folder, but sometimes I don't, and I'd like to be able to choose that from the dialog, instead of having to download to default folder, and then move the file manually. I haven't found any option or extension to do that, maybe I'll have to do it myself!
