bookmarks interaction is broken on 78.1 ESR
The bookmarks interaction is buggy. I have them set in my own order with folders, etc... If I move a bookmark in the list (sidebar on the main browser page or the popout library window), I'll try to move it one space down, it'll randomly move three spaces down (or whatever random thing). Try to move it one space up, won't move at all. Try to move a divider up a spot and three folders below will randomly jump someplace else. I had forgot that's why I downgraded and went back to an old version 60 something a while ago because of this very issue, and looks like it's still happening. This is VERY annoying as I rely on my bookmarks and how I have them sorted and arranged greatly. And now I can't do stuff or it will just completely jumble up the order of my folders.
I haven't changed any settings at all from the older version I was using that worked perfectly fine.

Let's start with; If you have sync, and there is a problem anywhere, Shut Down Sync Immediately On All Devices to prevent the problem from spreading. Once the problem is fixed, perform the same repair on all computers/profiles before using sync again.
[v57+] Places Maintenance is built into Firefox.
Type about:support<enter> in the address bar.
You will find Places Database near the bottom. Press the Verify Integrity button.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

Sorry, none of that works. Went back to the default theme, I was only using the dark theme before, still happened. I restarted firefox in safe mode, still the same issue. Updated the flash player, still happening. Hardware acceleration turned off. Reset the firefox prefs by deleting the json file and restarting, still the same issue.
The only change I've done from the previous version that was working, to now, is upgrade firefox. And I think that's exactly what happened before and made me go back down to version 57 or something like that, that was the last one I had that didn't have this issue of the bookmarks just rearranging themselves differently than how I was. I try to move one bookmark down two spaces, it doesn't move at all. I move it down three spaces, then it jumps down 4. I move it back up one space to put it where I want, it doesn't move at all. I try to move it up 6 spaces and it might move up one space, or down 2. No consistency with it at all.
I've tried doing one move, then close and reopen the bookmark bar to see if it was just a display refresh issue. No good. I moved the bookmark or divider down one space, refresh and it's down 5 spaces or some other random number. So it's really frustrating because I keep them very organized, but every move now just starts shuffling them in this random way.
