Allowing jailed messengers to access FF profile to pass URLs

Hi! I run several messengers in Firejail (basically because they come with no source code available) to limit their access to my system and personal files. The downside if this approach - processes running in Firejail can't access FF folder and pass URLs I click on. I can grant full access to ~/.mozilla folder and that's fixes the problem, granting full access to all my browser data as well. What the particular absolute minimum files/folders I mast leave accessible for messenger process to be able to click on links and get pages opened in current FF session? Thanks.
