Hi nbrewerwv,
You apparently have installed Cloud Convert on your computer.
Cloud convert does offer a limited free service. The charge by the file, and by the time taken to convert. You have probably exceeded your free limit for the day.
If you wish to uninstall Cloud Convert, it should be done through the Windows System - Settings --> Apps --> Apps and Features - find the program in the list - left-click and press Uninstall
And you might also check whether Cloud Convert has attached itself to either Firefox or your Google Drive/Docs.
Firefox Extension Check
You can view, disable, and often remove unwanted or unknown extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:
- Ctrl+Shift+a (Mac: Command+Shift+a)
- "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
- type or paste about:addons in the address bar and press Enter/Return
In the left column of the Add-ons page, click Extensions. On the right side, find the "Manage Your Extensions" heading.
Then cast a critical eye over the list below that heading. Any extensions Firefox installs for built-in features are hidden from this page, so everything listed here is your choice (and your responsibility) to manage. Anything suspicious or that you just do not remember installing or why? If in doubt, disable (or remove). For your privacy and security, don't let mystery programs linger here.
Any improvement?
Google Docs Add-on Check
You can open a regular document from your https://docs.google.com/ and on the document editor's menu bar, if Add-ons is not grayed out, go to:
Add-ons > Manage add-ons
On the list of add-ons, if there are any you want to remove, click the 3-dots icon and then Uninstall.

Hopefully with that out of the way, we could turn to the normal kinds of problems people have downloading attachments. ;-)
