Folders & SubFolders

I have been using Windows 10, and Firefox for emails. Yesterday Firefox updated to its latest version. When I went to open Firefox today I can get and send emails, but all my folders and subfolders where I save important emails, are gone, nowhere to be seen.

Does anyone know where they might have gone and how to retrieve them? Thanks for your help! I am a "not computer savy" senior..

Hi kosawbe, if you are accessing your email through Firefox, you're probably logging into a website such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Comcast, or another one.

The way your mail folders display on a webmail site can vary a lot. Sometimes they are collapsed under a particular header, sometimes they are all visible.

Could you compare how it looks in a different browser such as Microsoft Edge? You don't have to close Firefox, in fact, if you have your mailbox open in both browsers at once you can switch between the windows and compare, and perhaps spot something relevant.
