r20.rs6.net taking over emails and rerouting
Somehow instead of being able to go directly to an internet address from an email instead it puts me thru something that begins with r20.rs6.net (followed by many letters and numbers) and sometimes redirects. Do not know how to get rid of it. Really appreciate if someone knows how to resolve. Thanks

That's just a redirect URL. If you navigate to r20.rs6.net it'll explain that it's for email campaigns that their customers send out, when you click a link, it routes through the r20.rs6.net domain so they can track clickthroughs and such, nothing shady going on there as far as I can tell.
