Master Password Help
Ok, so apparently I have forgotten my master password. How I did this I have no clue since its the same password I use for everything, and I know its a bad idea, but I just wanted an extra layer in case someone stole my laptop.
So, since if I have forgotten my master password, that is the same as 99% of my other passwords, I CANNOT take the chance of just reseting it and losing all the others, cause surely I won't get them right. I know I won't be able to login into google they've refused to allow me access to my main account with them for months. I won't get into that stuffs just this stuff.
I've been reading through the site here, and have tried a thing or two but none of the questions really sound like what I need:
I've forgotten my master password, and I cannot reset it for fear of losing my other passwords which may have been forgot. I'm set as the default user and there are no other users for the computer or browser. Google has been a bear about letting me into my accounts there, so the fear of losing what I can access is real.

Reset your password-------------
Using the Master Password feature, you can protect all of your locally stored usernames and passwords with a master password. If you have forgotten your master password, you must reset it. Warning: Resetting your master password will remove all of your saved usernames and passwords.
In the Firefox address bar, enter the following location: chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xhtml Press Enter. The "Reset Master Password" page will appear. Click the Reset button, to reset your master password.
Remember: Resetting your master password will remove all of your saved usernames and passwords.

Create a master password
By default, Firefox does not use master passwords to protect stored credentials. To define a master password:
Click on the menu button fx57menu to open the menu panel. Click Logins and Passwords.
Click the Firefox Lockwise menu (three dots), then click Options.

Put a checkmark next to Use a master password to open the Change Master Password dialog.
Enter your master password. The Password quality meter will indicate the difficulty of guessing your defined password. To create a quality password, your master password should include the following:
At least one capital letter.
One or more digits.
At least one non-alphanumeric character, such as: @ # $ % ^ & * ( ).
You should also make sure to define your password in a way which is easy for you to remember, but difficult to guess for others. By doing so, you ensure that you, and only you, will be able to retrieve this secure information. For more information on choosing passwords, see Create secure passwords to keep your identity safe.
Enter the password a second time to confirm that you have entered it consistently.

To set the master password, click OK. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
Remove the master password
Should you decide you don't need your master password anymore, you can delete it at any time: Important: Without a master password, someone with access to your computer can view the passwords you have saved in Firefox.

Remove the checkmark next to Use a master password.
Enter the current password to confirm your ownership of the account.
If you've forgotten your master password, see Reset your Master Password if you've forgotten it.
Click Remove.
Click OK in the dialog that appears to confirm its removal.
Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
Change the master password-----------
You can also change your master password at any time:

Click the Firefox Lockwise menu (three dots), then click Options.

Enter the new master password twice.
Leaving the two fields empty removes your master password.
To accept the changed master password, click OK.
Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.

You mention that you are using FF 73.0 on Windows 10. Your Master Password was set to be the same one you use for everything, and it now does not work.
- Check your keyboard settings.
- Is CapsLock On/Off? Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Is NumLock On/Off? Numlock toggles the numeral pads between entering numerals, or controling cursor movements.
If you have forgotten your Master Password, there is NO possible way to recover it. The only thing you can do is to reset it, BUT a RESET will REMOVE ALL EXISTING LOGIN PASSWORDS.
Without entering the master password, Firefox would not be able to bring up the login credentials to any sites, you would have to manually enter the login each time. If this is the case, you may as well do the Master Password reset, and gradually re-enter all your logins. Most sites usually have links to request a new login credentials that can be sent to the email address you used when you originally registered.
I suggest that you select a master password that is completely different from any other password that you use, but something that is easy to remember. That is the purpose of the Master password, you only have to remember one password to access all the others which may be more complicated.
New feature - LOCKWISE Starting with Firefox 76, you'll be asked to log in with your Windows or Mac OS password or biometrics ID (Note: this is not your Firefox Account login) when you attempt to copy, edit or view your saved passwords.
This feature is to protect you from attackers who might try to access your logins. For more information, see Firefox asks for authentication (password, voice, face or fingerprint) when accessing passwords.
No support on this site is ever given by telephone. Be careful when clicking links that do not start with support.mozilla.org. They may take you to a site that could inject malware onto your device.
Did you ever used this profile in a newer Firefox version (i.e. did you possibly downgrade Firefox) ?
If you did then try to reinstall the current Firefox release to see if that has effect.
You can backup logins.json and key4.db and possibly key3.db in the profile folder to make sure you do not lose the current files.
You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
