How to submit question or inquiry requesting information???
Where on Browser web page in INQUIRY section that permits and allows the asking of a question?? where on the Borowswer page is the section to allow inquiries to be formulated?? Unable to locate speififcsection or area where questions can be submitted to FREFOX??? Bob ( NEW TO FIREFOX)

Right where you posted that question / inquiry. Users are expected to first attempt to find an answer via the Help Topics
The entry point is here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/firefox after clicking on Help Articles > Firefox which sends you to. Frequent Help Topics. Select something there to be able to access the Knowledge Base to find an answer yourself.
Then if you can't find a suitable answer you will have the opportunity to Ask a question.
