cannot get unipass to work when will it be sorted have waited 3 months now will need to change to another browser if not fixed
I have always had UNIPASS to allow me to acces various websites and some will not link unless you go in with unipass. It appears since firefox was upgrade last year they have not fixed this Do you have a timescale as I have waited 3 months if cannot be resolved will have to go back to internet explorer can you give me an idea when or if the issue withh unipass will be resolved many thanks Bill

Yes contacted them on many occasions when I want to download my certificate. Unipass have said it is Firefox that needs to sort the problem It has been going on since firefox updated their browser last autumn. I have tried to find a phone number to speak to someone at firefox but can't find any. Many thanks for responding
hello, the issue is currently not known to mozilla at all - please tell unipass they should get in contact with mozilla by filing a bug report with some technical details about what's broken at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ so there is a chance for a fix.
