Bookmark is restoring after I delete it

I'm cleaning out a bookmark folder and I've noticed that when I deleted a folder or bookmark, it'd come right back as soon as I delete it. I'm using the sync feature so not sure if it's just being over aggressive.

This is likely a problem with Sync, so try to disconnect Sync temporarily and see if that allows to delete the folder.
