Firefox is my default/preferred browser. When I try to Login to https://www.medicare.uhc.com/, it takes me to a blank page and hangs. Blank page has the following address: https://rba-ose.healthsafe-id.com/aa-web/evaluate?execution=e2s2&action=tmxDevicePrint This is the only website that I have a problem with. When I try it with Chrome (as suggested by UHC), everything works fine. Thanks for any help. Gene

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?
While you are in safe mode;
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

Mark, I did all the things you recommended, but unfortunately did not solve the problem. Thank you for all the suggestions. Any other suggestions? Thanks. Gene
Your System Details list shows you have uBlock Origin.
If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.
- make sure your extensions and filters are updated to the latest version

Firefox shows an highlighted shield icon at the left end of the location/address bar in case Tracking Protection is blocking content.
- click the shield icon for more details and possibly disable the protection
You can check the Web Console what content is blocked.
- "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Web Developer

Turning off uBlock Origin solved the problem. In particular, the UHC site is NOT compatible with Firefox browser and the uBlock Origin add-on. It used to be compatible. In particular, uBlock Origin is not compatible with rba-ose.healthsafe-id.com. I have asked UHC to fix ASAP. Thank you. Gene
