"restore most visited sites feature"
My deleting selected files from my browsing history screwed up the icon display of my most frequently visited sites. In trying to correct this I inadvertently deleted the entire icon display. I have had no success trying to find out how to restore this display that was quite handy. I am running V 71. Your help is much appreciated! Kind regards,

If your Homepage or search parameters are set using the add-on, they will be reset to the default settings (Bug 1549192) to change them back:
Homepage
- Enter 'about: preferences' in the address bar.
- To the left of the panel, click on Home.
- Select the necessary options for the Home page, new windows and new tabs by clicking on the drop-down menu next to each of them.

Search
- Enter 'about: preferences' in the address bar.
- To the left of the panel, click Search.
- Select the default search engine and additional search engines.

- Click on the settings icon in the upper right corner of the page (gear)
- In the window that appears, find the tab "Firefox Home Page"
- To the left of "Top Sites" tick
