I acted according to your instructions, but the synchronization between the PC and the laptop, as well as the phone does not work (passwords do not appear, bookmarks and history, too, although Firefox is configured on the PC. I created another account and tried to synchronize the laptop with the phone, failed. But I can’t synchronize with your PC, what to do?

Logged out,cleared Firefox cache, uninstalled it, installed again and logged again and suddenly it started working. Not sure which action was crucial.
You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see if there is a recent log available. You can upload a recent log if the log is too big to put in a reply.
