I get "Primary account email required" when trying to create a new account, even after removing the email as secondary from my other account.
I'm trying to set up a new account using email@example.com but I keep getting a "Primary account email required" message. I found firstname.lastname@example.org was set as a secondary email for the email@example.com account. I removed it and firstname.lastname@example.org no longer has a secondary email, but I'm still getting the "Primary account email required" message.

Try clearing all data and try again
I assume you meant clear everything under the history, but that didn't work. I get the same message even if I use a different broswer on a different PC. So I suspect it's a problem with the account and not the browser.
