I am sorry to hear you are having issues logging into your old email. You can change your primary email address on your Firefox Account.

To do this:

1. Click your Firefox Account icon in the toolbar.
2. Click Settings at the top of the pull-down list
3. Click Account Settings
4. Click the Add.. or Change... button across from Secondary email
5. Click the Make primary button next to your desired primary email.

Went to firefox and then settings. There was no account setting

Instead of Account Settings it may say Manage account.

If you no longer have access to the old primary email, then you probably need to create a new Firefox Account with an email address that you can access because you can't add a secondary email address and make this primary.
