I changed my primary email address but I am still receiving marketing emails from Firefox

Hello, many months ago I changed my primary email address on my Firefox account. My email preferences have been updated so as to not receive marketing emails from Firefox but I am still receiving "Account Tips" at the old email address that used to be my primary address. I found a thread (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1261519) which shows that other users have had the same issues. I have followed all the same steps that Wesley Branton has suggested but today I received another "Account Tips" email. I tried adding this question to that post but I was unable to do it. I am new to this and it took me forever and many steps to even get to this point of submitting this question. Is there anyone at Firefox who can help me? I would greatly appreciate it!
