Type about:support<enter> in the address bar.

You will find Places Database near the bottom. Press the Verify Integrity button.

with mouse. mouse problem?may be?

Is this about bookmarks on the Bookmarks Toolbar ?

Note that you need to hold the Shift key when you drag a folder. If you can't do this on the Bookmarks Toolbar then do this in the Bookmarks Manager (Library) or sidebar.

I want choose a bookmark in bookmarks toolbar with left click of mouse and want to drag & drop it but the bookmark is not chosen. no reaction. sorry my English is not so good.

Where are you dropping the bookmark?

There are problems with drag and drop if you run Firefox as administrator and have disabled the UAC prompt. See:
