about:networking gives incorrect response for Sockets
when I open about:networking and go to the tab "sockets" the hosts value are missing.

The host portion of my attachment as values of 0.0.0.0 that is not correct. Firefox 68.0 shouldn't report that as all information no matter what the URL makes the information meaningless.
