The following is just one example: When I tap on "About Firefox", an error message comes up. (As I said, above, this is only one example. Error messages come up, also, when I tap on many different choices from the hamburger menu.) Please, help. Thank you.

Hi

Thank you for your question. Do you have any details of what the error messages say?

This will help us to hopefully find a solution for you.

Yes, I've taken screenshots of the error messages, but don't find a place to upload them. What link has an error message support with the ability to upload screenshots for more precise help? Thank you.

Hi joan, when you use this site in the desktop view, the reply box has a Browse button below it to attach a file. That might be missing from the mobile view?? If you have to use an image sharing site or a folder on your Google Drive, you can paste the links into your reply.

I'm new to all things android. Had a Microsoft Windows smart phone. Android is much more invasive, & less functional than the Windows phone was; unfortunately, those are no more. I don't get on desktop that much, but ok, thank you. I understand, now. :)

Hi, Seburo. Thank you for responding to my plight of error messages on my android Samsung Galaxy S10 cell phone. I use the browser FF for Android v. 67. Strangeness: I also downloaded the FF Focus browser. I haven't seen even one error message come up with this browser; same device. Will get screenshots sent a.s.a.p. Thank you.

---ANDROID CELL PHONE PROBLEM, accessing this by my desktop computer. PLEASE HELP. ---QUESTION: Is there a way to upload error message screenshots to you on my Samsung Galaxy S10 cell phone? Maybe I missed it? [(Very frustrated. I'm more accustomed to the Microsoft Community Support. Trying to figure out how a no-nothing (about computers) like me can get better help.)] (This is the first time that I've accessed this FF Community Support on my desktop computer, but for better help on my new (March, 2019) android Samsung Galaxy S10 cell phone. This has more ability, I can see, but now I have to get Google drive on this desktop (runs Windows 10 Home). I don't like anything about Google, but I must upload the images from the cell phone onto this desktop, I guess.)

At least for me, option to add images is right above the "Post Reply" button. I have uploaded an image showing this (and to prove the feature exists).

If you want to use your phone, and you do not see the option on the mobile site, then I advise that you turn on desktop mode.

Hi. Yes, thank you. I got on my desktop. I see that there are places to upload photos. Another poster suggested that, on my cell phone, I switch to desktop view; an obvious good choice which, unfortunately, didn't occur to me with this situation, though I do this frequently on other sites. (Sorry, I need to pull a Mr. Spock, & chill out. An example of how emotions (frustration) clouds reason. Live & learn.) ---On cell phone (again) when I tap on "See All" messages, it doesn't show all messages. Go figure.

Hi Joan

To take a screenshot of your screen on an Android device, press the lower volume button and the power button at the same time. The image will be saved to your device for your to upload - you should see it in your photos or pictures application.

Here's a screenshot of one "error message". As you can see it has: ."../chrome/..." in the message. I do have Firefox for Android as the default browser.

DEVICE: android Samsung Galaxy S10 cell phone BROWSER: Firefox for Android v.67

Thank you.
