Firefox intermittently failing to load tabs on startup
A little background- This is on my work computer. The main web portal I use for my job produces a separate window for "reminders." If I fail to close that window before exiting from my main browsing session, it will warn me that I am attempting to close multiple tabs. I get no such warning if I close the reminders window first. I don't know if that's related or not, but I figured it was worth mentioning.
I have "Restore previous session" turned on in the Options, but lately when I start up in the morning, my tabs sometimes fail to show up. I'm not given the option to restore the session, either in the menu tab, or just when the browser starts up. What can I do to fix this?

This is a bug in Firefox 67 and can occur with specific settings in "Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security".
Are you possibly using "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" and also "Clear history when Firefox closes"?

Cookies and Site Data:
[ ] "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" - Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security:
Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history":
[X] "Clear history when Firefox closes" -> Settings
If you do then try to disable at least one of these.

Unfortunately, I'm not using any of the settings mentioned here or in that bug thread. The timeline for when I started having this problem does match up with the dates in that thread though, so I guess I just have to hope it's somehow related, and that their fix will also fix my issue when the next update rolls around.
Try to update to Firefox 67.0.2.
