User since 2002. Have promoted FireFox. It has become unusable. Changing default browser.
Sadly, I have given up on FireFox. I've put up with its memory leaks which, on and off, have been a problem for years and have gotten much worse recently if I leave the browser open for long periods of time. I have 32 gb of memory, and it will, eventually, eat all of it up. For the most part, it has been a good browser and a good alternative. It seems that time has past. Recently, I have had to put up with add-ons that I use frequently no longer working, extreme memory leaks (granted, I have a lot of tabs open at any time), and I am getting sick and tired of your warnings that I am entering passwords in what you consider to be insecure sites. They get in my way, are irritating as hell, and I know what I am doing, thank you. The Web is slowing moving to secure certificates. It's not there yet. That's life! Your big idea of retaining full addresses has become a bull in a China shop, with a massive amount of my own addresses. I had to shut it off and now, it seems, I have no input memory at all. I have been a FireFox fan and have promoted it on my Web sites for years. Not any more. With release 66.0.5, a number of Web sites will not even fully load. FireFox has become an albatross.

Sadly for the most part I also told others when going to FF57+ one should remove all firefox and reinstall the FF57+ to fix any upgrade issues from previous older version. This is what I've seen causing user problems. Also I been using firefox since it came out as well and had one issue and that was when it went to FF57+ but removing all traces of the older firefox and reinstall FF57+ fixed most problems and addons meant one had to update to addons that worked or contact addon developer to update to the latest firefox.

Hmm. Since I never did this, could it be done now without losing my Prefs and Session? Compared to the OP, I have only 8GB of Memory on a computer system from Nov 2010.
Yes, I do get 'Memory-Creep' and have to shutdown the browser and Restart it every other day or so, but I and the browser are 'hanging in there'.
The 'System Details' Block shows you're on FireFox 67.
Here in this Forum, we're regular, everyday users just like you. The Mozillians normally don't show-up here.
We're here to help if you got some patience and stick around. If I can run FF reasonably on my old Nov 2010 computer with 8GB of Memory with 26 Browser windows open with a total of over 1,600 Tabs (not all open/loaded at once), I think you can run FF fairly decent with your 32GB of RAM.
