So I've between 12 and 18 applications open at the same time, one of them is Firefox. On shutdown (which takes several minutes) I leave… to discover later on that Firefox disables the shutdown because "some windows are still open"! WHAT THE HECK?!?! I don't care if windows are open, if I ASK to shutdown, I want it to shut down, not to care about windows being open or not. The worse is that a) Firefox is the last (or one of the last) applications Mac OS X shuts down. b) I can't teach / instruct or choose Firefox to stop even if windows are open. Or am I mistaken?
