So you refreshed Firefox, and things were working, then they stopped working? Did you change anything, install any software, change any settings?
Is this only happening when you try to log into comcast? Or is it every website you visit?從原來的回覆中察看解決方案 0

I can't understand your messages. What is going on exactly?
You either DO or you DO NOT have that optional distribution folder. Do you or don't you?
If you DO, then remove it, or remove its contents.
Does that affect the message about the organization taking over your settings?
i found this dfor google redirects but have no idea what the orginazation is
I thought you said everything was working fine, you just had an unusual message on your Options page:
every thing works i just do not know what organization they mean
i am not in ny organization tried delete ing some add on and still it says it
But now you have two posts about Google redirects. What is happening now?
so far ok
i hope it stay that way
https://youtu.be/n381Yw7YSSU this was too complicated i was afraid to do this for fear of doing something wrong to many steps I am not sure I totally understand how to do this. I do not like mesing witht he registry. If someone some tech could do it for me it would be appreciated
I am not that computer savvy to do this.https://youtu.be/n381Yw7YSSU
I am sorry for being so inept on this
now i get this The link you clicked on is malformed. Contact the editor of the originating page. i have contacted Comcast several times about this
it happens on their home page
The malformed link error seems to be for tracking links or advertisements: https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&channel=tus&q=%22link+you+clicked%22+malformed+%22Contact+the+editor%22+originating
so it is a Comcast problem i thought so all along have tried contacting them they have no idea either
glad to know it is not just me for awhile there i thought it was just me. Thank you so much for looking into this and trying to find an answer. Comcast did not help had me all the way up to the engineers looking. they dinit have a clue
thank you i went to the link you posted and saw that i am not the only one having this issue. Comcast does not have a clue about this i have spoken to 4 different agents on line at Comcast about this and get a different result every time. As for the organization issues that is gone. both of which you help me with or at least tried. Believe me you were very helpful on both matters. THANK YOU. I just wish Comcast. would get on the ball and fix this . i am about ready to ditch Comcast.
