What can be the cause of these persistent malicious redirects?
I have had this issue for a while now where very occasionally I get redirected to a spam site while clicking on a Google search result. When I click on the search result again, I get sent to the right site. The affected sites are to my knowledge entirely unrelated. I deleted most of my add-ons in an attempt to eliminate possible causes, but since it only happens occasionally I can't really test it.
Since I began noticing this, I have installed another Linux distro and copied over my Firefox profile. Today I noticed it happening again.
I ended up on http://app9101.trueredirect32.live/8880272221/?t=main9_b3098321c3066e2a3b&u=d29pte4&o=vxzkpbg&f=1
In the past I ended up on http://competition3202.ttt-time56.live/6643885456/?u=gmqk605&o=55hppzy&t=main7&f=1 and http://competition3207.ourtime89.live/?utm_medium=oxxGrJ1EO8rl%2flkgHhDHtdaJe%2b6y3ml38Z%2b1ZX9QaLo%3d&t=main4
The add-ons I am currently using are uBlock Origin, Old Reddit Redirect, Plasma Integration and Feed Preview (plus a disabled Web Developer add-on). The only add-on of those that I also used when I first noticed the effects was uBlock Origin. This add-on is pretty well-established though, so I can't imagine it being the source of these malicious redirects.
Do you have any idea?

It might be the website is corrupted.
You may have ad/mal-ware. Further information can be found in this article; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware?cache=no
Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
