I have this very annoying problem since quantum was introduced, some pages only partially loads, don't load images, don't load at all, seems to load but scroll bar don't work, or loads a deformed version of itself.

This often happens more to online shopping pages. Please don't tell me "it's you uBlock Origin or Tampermonkey script fault" because I already tested:

1 - No extensions. 2 - Hardware acceleration disabled. 3 - Start Firefox in safe mode. 4 - Clear cookies and cache. 5 - Reset browser settings. 6 - Fresh Firefox install (clearing previous user files). 7 - Disable Firefox built-in tracking protection. 8 - Block pages from accessing accessibility service. 9 - No antivirus. 10 - Format computer and install Firefox only. 11 - Use my notebook. 12 - Switch to 4G connection.

This happens exclusively on Firefox across all machines. I tested Opera and Chrome with a lot of content blocking, tracking protection ans scripting extensions and I don't have this problem with those other browsers.

Close and open Firefox again seems to solve the problem temporarily for a few pages load, just to start happening again.

Here's the problem since no one knows the page it is happening at then we can only say addons or security software issue.

Nice, but I already said this problem happens in a fresh Windows 10 install with a fresh Firefox install without any addons, extensions, AV or firewall.

I attached an example in a website which this problem can be easily reproduced. This is how the page looks like when Firefox decides to partially load pages.

This problem is not exclusive to the page show in the screenshot, happens in other pages as well.

When Firefox decides that it won't load those pages anymore, I have to close and open Firefox, then suddenly it loads the pages again without any problem, until it starts refusing to load again.

Just after this message, I opened a different shopping site and no scroll bar and page totally malformed. Closed Firefox, opened again the same website, and loaded fine.

Sometimes I can't even open developer tools, when I press F12 the window is totally blank.

I tried something I didn't tried before, unchecked in Firefox settings the option that allow pages to set their own fonts. This seems to solve the issue, but now pages looks strange and I have no clue why this would cause this issue.
